Shipping and Handling
Flat Rate: We ship via USPS Priority Mail 1-3 day delivery service. We only ship using USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Boxes.
Handling Times: All orders are processed within 1-4 business days once an order has been received. All orders received Friday after 12pm will be processed the following Monday.
Shipping Times: All orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate. Per USPS Priority Mail takes 1-3 business days to be delivery.
Tracking Order: An email with your tracking number and how to track your packagewill be sent from Zen's Botanical once your order is ready to be taken to the post office. You will also receive an email from USPS providing you with tracking details and estimated delivery times.
Pick Up Order: If you are in the Los Angeles area you can pick up by appointment only. Once order has been received we will send an email to address provided by customer requesting pick up date, time and location. We will also include in that same email the date your order will be ready for pick up. If you choose this method you must respond to email by calling (323-445-6740) or replying to (zenbotanicals@yahoo.com) to make an appointment to meet at one of the locations listed below. Processing times for pick up orders are 1-3 business days once order has been received.
