exceptions:
1. received damaged goods: If goods are received damaged call (323)445-6740 to place your claim. Please send photo's of damaged goods to zenbotanicals@yahoo.com along with PayPal transaction number. Once claim has been made we will determine if you will receive a refund or replacement and if damaged goods need to be returned. If goods must be returned we will email a return label. Once goods have been received depending on outcome determined we will reship replacement order or send full refund. Or we will refund or ship replacement order with in 1-5 business days of claims being processed. All claims take 1-10 business days for decision to be made.
2. received wrong/missing product: If any part of order was received wrong or missing (was not what you ordered) we will replace what was received incorrect or missing. Please contact (323)445-6740 or email zenbotanicals@yahoo.com to place your claim. If determined by Zen's Botanical that item received incorrect needs to be returned we will email return label. Once we received item we will then reship correct item. If not wrong item does not need to be returned we will reship correct item within 1-2 business days of receiving claim. If item was missing from package we will ship item within 1-2 business days of receiving claim.
3. Received at Incorrect Address: if Zen's Botanical sent package to wrong address we will take full responsibility and resend your order ASAP. If customer puts wrong address and still wants order customer will have to: 1. wait for package to be returned and must pay to reship returned package. 2. Place new order. You will not get refund on shipping charges. You will only receive refund for merchandise purchased only when package has been returned to Zen's Botanical.
